Return Policy

Ready made drapes, pillows, valances and shades can be returned within 14 days of it's receipt when returned with its original packaging, and in like-new condition and are subject to 15 % restocking fee.

Damaged, used, altered as well as custom made drapes, pillows, valances and shades will not be refunded.

The freight return charge is the responsibility of the customer and the package must be postmarked by the 14th calendar day from it's receipt.

Your refund will be made within 7 calendar days from the date we receive your return. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email sales@silk-drapes.com to notify us of your return and order # before returning the items.

In order to insure confirmation of your returned package and timely refund, we highly suggest a shipping company tracking number to be included with your email notification.
